UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS

STEP 3: Customized Plan

Customized Tax Resolution Plan

With your tax resolution plan fully structured, we can put it into motion. Tax Muscle will negotiate the most favorable resolution plan for you with the IRS and/or State Taxing Agency and submit that plan for approval.

IRS Negotiations

Negotiation of your tax resolution plan will commence once we submit your personalized resolution proposal to the responsible IRS party. The primary objective of our negotiation is to maximize your allowable expenses - as defined by IRS collections standards - and take advantage of the Internal Revenue Manual provisions with which every IRS representative must comply.

Resolution Plan Approval

Within a period of between 14 and 30 days after our closing negotiation, you will receive a letter from the IRS granting approval of your tax resolution plan. Once you receive this letter of approval from the IRS, you will be contacted by your Tax Muscle representative to discuss the importance of adhering to your tax resolution plan and maintaining tax compliance in the future so that you can finally put your tax problem behind you and avoid any subsequent tax problems moving forward.

Removal of Power of Attorney

During the 30 day period following your discussion with your Tax Muscle representative about the approval of your tax resolution plan, Tax Muscle will change the status of your file to inactive and remove our Power of Attorney. This action symbolizes the successful completion of your case. However, we strongly urge you to contact Tax Muscle if you have any additional questions or concerns or experience any changes that you believe may impair your ability to adhere to your tax resolution plan.

Satistfaction of Living Free from Tax Debt

Always remember to remain compliant with all tax laws and regulations. Make it a point to stay abreast of any new tax law changes that may potentially affect you. The ability to avert additional tax problems ultimately rests with you. Last but not least, enjoy the satisfaction of living completely free from tax debt and IRS constraint!
